At Racket Stop, we want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your item was purchased directly from Racket Stop.
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@racketstop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
  4. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to appear.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (if available).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll cover all shipping costs to replace the item quickly.
